Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We have a retail space inside KnoxFill, Knoxville's zero waste refillery. Located in South Knox at 3211 S Haven Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920. Their hours are: Tuesday-Friday 11-6pm Saturday 10-6, Sunday 10-4pm.
Where do you park to pickup your order at Knoxfill? Is it handicapped accessible?
There are parking spaces in front of KnoxFill. If those are filled please do not use the parking spaces of the Handy Dandy next door, you can access on street parking. There is a handicapped spot as well.
Do you have any other retail locations?
Yes! We have a small selection of products at the following locations:

Are you at any local farmers markets in East Tennessee?
Yes! We have a booth every Saturday at Knoxville's largest Farmers Market downtown in Market Square. For info on hours, parking and other vendors please visit their website.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy with your All Y'all Skincare purchase. But if you're not, you can exchange any product you're not satisfied with—for whatever reason. We'd love to help you find something you will love, but we are happy to offer a refund if you prefer. To return an item, simply ship the product back to us with your receipt within 45 days of purchase. Just remember we cannot process a return without prior authorization so please make sure to email us at returns@allyallskincare.com before mailing. Please note that returns will not include or cover the cost of return shipping.
How do I know what scent is right for me?
You can check out our "Find Your Scent" tool to help decide on the best scent for you.
I want to buy a gift for a someone and I'm not sure what scent they will like. What is the most popular soap scent?
Our Blood Orange soap is universally loved, so it's a great choice for a gift if you're unsure what they will like. To be safe, go for our Oatmeal Soap which is unscented and very gentle.

Currently we ship to all 50 US states.
How quickly will my order ship?
Our orders will ship in 3 business days or less.
